Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies
At Brazicleaning LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules may need to change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, please review our policies below.
1. Rescheduling Appointments
Clients may reschedule a cleaning appointment at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
2. Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Recurring Services
For recurring clients, missed appointments will not be automatically rescheduled. Clients must request a new appointment, subject to availability. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from the recurring schedule.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Brazicleaning LLC must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Priority will be given when rescheduling.
5. Payment Policy
Payment is generally due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Online invoices sent via email or text message
• Debit or credit cards (online or on-site)
Late payments may result in a pause of future services until balances are paid in full. A digital receipt will be provided after payment.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
7. Health & Safety Policy
For health and safety reasons, Brazicleaning LLC does not clean pet waste, animal feces, urine, vomit, or other biohazard materials. All pet areas must be free of waste prior to the scheduled service. If excessive biohazard conditions are present, the service may be canceled or rescheduled.
8. Access to the Home
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the home, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
